Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Skillkwest LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the affiliate, hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate."

1. Background

1.1 The Company owns and operates the "OF Level Up" course, which provides educational resources and marketing strategies for OnlyFans creators.

1.2 The Affiliate is interested in promoting the "OF Level Up" course to potential customers in exchange for a commission.

2. Promotion of "OF Level Up" Course

2.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the "OF Level Up" course through honest and truthful means, without engaging in any misleading or deceptive practices.

2.2 The Affiliate has the freedom to choose the promotional activities they undertake to market the "OF Level Up" course, provided that such activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Commission

3.1 For each successful referral or sale of the "OF Level Up" course made by the Affiliate, the Affiliate will be entitled to a commission equal to 30% of the course price.

3.2 Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale price after deducting any applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or discounts.

3.3 The Company will provide the Affiliate with a unique affiliate link or code to track referrals and attribute sales to the Affiliate.

3.4 Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate monthly based on eligible sales/referrals.

3.5 There is a 15 day grace period before the commission becomes payable in case of potential refunds. After 15 days the invoices become payable on the 11th of each new month. You will be paid on all eligible sales within the following week from that date.

4. Affiliate Obligations

4.1 The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards while promoting the "OF Level Up" course.

4.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices to persuade potential customers to purchase the course.

4.3 The Affiliate shall refrain from making any false claims or misrepresentations about the "OF Level Up" course, its features, benefits, or results.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including but not limited to the course materials, trademarks, logos, and branding.

5.2 The Affiliate shall not use the Company's intellectual property without obtaining prior written consent from the Company.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason upon written notice via email, Telegram or any other means.

6.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate will be entitled to receive unpaid commissions accrued until the effective date of termination.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep any confidential information received from the Company, including but not limited to customer data, sales figures, and marketing strategies, confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.
